The Neuroscience Department at Maryland General Hospital is a microcosm of providers with similar goals, motivations and ideas striving together to improve the system of health care delivery. The process of bringing the specialties of neurology, neurosurgery and pain management together creates a synergy of interdisciplinary cooperation between subspecialty physicians and ancillary staff with a focus on achieving the highest level of patient care with positive outcomes and satisfaction across the continuum of care.
