Michael P. Lilly, MD
Director, The Maryland Vascular Center at Maryland General Hospital
Chief of Surgery, Maryland General Hospital
Associate Professor of Surgery, University of Maryland

Dr. Lilly is Board-certified in general and vascular surgery. He completed his vascular surgery training at Northwestern University, Chicago, Illinois. He has been a faculty member of the University of Maryland since 1989 and developed the basic science research program in the Division of Vascular Surgery. He has served as Director of the Non-Invasive Vascular Laboratory at UMMC and Chief of Vascular Surgery at the Baltimore VA.

William R. Flinn, MD

Professor of Surgery, University of Maryland

Dr. Flinn is Board-certified in general and vascular surgery. He completed his vascular surgery training at Northwestern University, Chicago, Illinois. He has served as Head of the Division of Vascular Surgery at the University of Maryland since 1993. He developed the residency training program in vascular surgery and directs the development of the Maryland Vascular Center at the University of Maryland Medical Center.

Marshall E. Benjamin, MD
Director, The Maryland Vascular Center at North Arundel Hospital
Chief of Surgery, North Arundel Hospital
Associate Professor of Surgery, University of Maryland

Dr. Benjamin is Board-certified in general and vascular surgery. He completed his vascular surgery training at Bowman Gray School of Medicine, Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He has extensive experience with renal artery revascularization and endovascular grafting for aortic aneurysms and is a certified RVT.

David G. Neschis, MD
Assistant Professor of Surgery, University of Maryland
Dr. Neschis is Board-certified in general and vascular surgery. He completed his vascular surgery training at the University of Pennsylvania. He has extensive experience with endovascular interventions, particularly endovascular grafting for aortic aneurysms.

Steven Busuttil, MD
Assistant Professor of Surgery, University of Maryland
Dr. Busuttil is Board-certified in general and vascular surgery. He completed his training at the Stony Brook School of Medicine, New York, and Geisinger Medical Center, Pennsylvania. He is currently serving as Chief of Vascular Surgery at the Baltimore VAMC.

Kristen E. Milio, CRNP
Nurse Practitioner, Maryland General Hospital
Ms. Milio is a certified geriatric nurse practitioner. She earned her MSN at the University of Maryland, School of Nursing. She is licensed by the Maryland State Board of Nursing and certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She is a member of the Society of Vascular Nursing as well as the National Gerontological Nursing Association and the American Nurses Association.

Sharon Green, RT, RVT, RDMS
Manager, Non-Invasive Vascular Laboratory at Maryland General Hospital
Certified Vascular Technician

Ms. Green received her training from Maryland General Hospital and the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. She is certified in both general abdominal ultrasound and non-invasive vascular technology. She has eleven years of experience in the non-invasive vascular laboratory and has been with Maryland General Hospital for sixteen years.
