Do you have a sleep problem?

A good night's sleep is the foundation of good health. To help you get the best rest possible, our Sleep Laboratory offers a range of services to diagnose and treat sleep problems.
The Epworth Sleepiness Scale is a tool that helps doctors figure out if you're not getting enough sleep. Your score can help your doctor figure out if you might have a sleep problem. If your score is high, talk with your primary care doctor to find out what could be causing your sleep problem.
You can also learn more about common sleep disorders on the Sleep Services of America website.
