Department of Neuroscience

The Department of Neuroscience brings together a coordinated, comprehensive approach to the diagnosis and treatment of brain, spine and neuromuscular disorders. Our team includes experts in the specialties of neurology, neurosurgery and pain management who work together to provide patients with the highest level of care and support delivered with compassion.

In addition to providing neurosurgery and neurology services, the department also works with Maryland General's psychiatry, imaging, vascular, rehabilitative medicine, orthopaedics and emergency medicine departments to provide the complete range of coordinated care.
