Linden Medical Group Expands to Bring Primary and Specialty Care to Heritage Crossing
(Baltimore, MD - November 6, 2011) Linden Medical Group, a primary care practice affiliated with Maryland General Hospital, recently opened its third location in the growing Heritage Crossing neighborhood. The new office is located at 312 Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd., Suite 302.

Linden Medical Group brings together primary and specialty care in a single network, making it more convenient for patients to get the quality care that can help them stay healthy.
The Heritage Crossing location is full service, including:
- Preventive care like check-ups, flu shots and other immunizations
- Care for minor illnesses and injuries
- Health screenings to catch common problems early
- Ongoing management of chronic health issues such as heart disease, diabetes and asthma
Through its relationship with Maryland General Hospital, Linden Medical Group will also offer the patients at its Heritage Crossing location access to specialty services including: Breast Health, Behavioral Health, Cardiology, Dermatology, Diabetes and Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Geriatrics, Infectious Diseases, Nephrology, Neurology and Pain Management, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Otolaryngology, Reconstructive and Plastic Surgery, Urology and Vascular Health.
Dr. Jorawar Singh will lead the new office at 312 Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd., Suite 302, Baltimore, MD 21201. The location is brand new and features eight exam rooms and an on-site lab to accommodate the needs of the community.
The Heritage Crossing office joins two other Linden Medical Group offices in Bolton Hill and Armory Place (on the campus of Maryland General Hospital).

Linden Medical Group accepts most insurance plans and is accepting patients at all three locations. Heritage Crossing, 312 Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd., Suite 302; Armory Place, 827 Linden Avenue; and Bolton Hill, 1501 W. Mount Royal Avenue.
